Fran360 (operated by DesignLoud, Inc.) collects and processes data to provide AI-powered marketing services.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, organization name
• Business data: brand guidelines, website content (via scanning), marketing content you generate
• Usage data: generation counts, feature usage, login activity
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

How we use it

• To provide and improve the service
• To generate AI-powered marketing content on your behalf
• To enforce brand guidelines across your tenant
• To send transactional emails (login links, notifications)

Data isolation

All data is tenant-isolated. Tenant A cannot access Tenant B's data under any circumstances. This is enforced at the database query layer.

Third-party services

• Anthropic (Claude): AI content generation — your prompts and generated content are processed by Anthropic's API
• Stripe: payment processing
• Resend: transactional email delivery
• Sentry: error monitoring (no PII in error reports)
• DigitalOcean: hosting and database

Data retention

Data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is available for export for 60 days, then deleted.
