By using Fran360, you agree to these terms. Fran360 is operated by DesignLoud, Inc.

1. Service

Fran360 provides AI-powered marketing content generation, brand management, and multi-location coordination tools via a web-based platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing access within their organization.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Content

Content generated by Fran360 is owned by the tenant. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication. Fran360 is not liable for content accuracy.

5. Data

We store your business data (brand guidelines, content, usage metrics) to provide the service. Data is tenant-isolated and not shared between tenants. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is available for export for 60 days, after which it may be deleted.
